Exercise Prescription & Biokinetics
Exercise isn't an add-on. It's part of the treatment.
Prescribed, supervised movement alongside your treatment, with a biokineticist on the team.

Movement, prescribed
Current evidence and international guidelines support appropriately tailored exercise as an important part of care during chemotherapy, radiotherapy and recovery. Aerobic and resistance exercise can help maintain physical fitness and strength, reduce fatigue and improve overall wellbeing. Low muscle mass and muscle loss during treatment have also been associated with greater treatment-related toxicity, interruptions in treatment and, in some cancers, poorer survival. Protecting muscle mass, strength and physical function therefore matters throughout the cancer journey.
“Working with a biokineticist, we prescribe safe, supervised exercise matched to where you are in treatment, and adjust as you go.”
We monitor your muscle and physical condition through treatment, adapt the programme as your energy and side effects change, and pair it with nutrition guidance so diet and movement work together.
